In the unlikely scenario you don't love our product, for any reason, just send us an email (enquiry@skinlush.com.au), and we will issue you a 100% refund on your product purchase, no questions asked. 

The 14 day period begins from when your order is delivered to your chosen address or collection point, and this policy does not cover refunds on the basis of delayed deliveries.

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to respond to your request for a refund. All refunds are issued through your original payment method, and may take up to 2 weeks to clear. In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit.

Although not compulsory, we request all customers to provide us with reasons for their refund request, to assist us in improving our products. 

Please note that this guarantee is in place for all our customers based in Australia, on all their purchases directly through our skinlush.com.au website. Our policy does not cover any purchases made through 3rd part websites, resellers or retailers, or internationally.

Further, you may not make a claim on the same product multiple times under this policy. You may still reach out to us if you've had a bad experience, and we will work with you to resolve this issue.

The refund under the 14 day money back guarantee policy should not be abused. Abuse or manipulative use of the policy could result in refusal of service by skinlush, or legal proceedings.

LATE ARRIVAL OF ORDER

While we try our level best to ensure you receive your order within 5-10 business days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues. We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday.

Each product description states how long shipping could take. Please take note of this when ordering.

Once an order has shipped we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
